Citrix SME

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Citrix SME and support the design deployment and management of Citrix infrastructure in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops NetScaler (ADC) and cloud-hosted Citrix solutions (e.g. Citrix Cloud on Azure/AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead and SME for all Citrix-related initiatives and escalations.
• Design implement and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop).
• Administer and optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for load balancing gateway and security.
• Manage Citrix Cloud environments including integration with on-prem and hybrid solutions.
• Monitor performance and ensure high availability and security of Citrix services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure network and application teams for seamless end-user experience.
• Lead upgrades patches migrations and disaster recovery planning for Citrix environments.
• Automate provisioning and maintenance tasks where possible (PowerShell scripting etc.).
• Document system architecture processes and best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers and support staff.
