What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing the daytoday operations of the New Romney branch.
- Leading and mentoring a sales and lettings team to deliver outstanding results.
- Conducting valuations and listings and driving personal and team performance.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Identifying and capitalising on business development opportunities.
- Representing the brand within the local community and strengthening its market position.
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential estate agency.
- Demonstrable success in sales listings and valuations.
- Prior team management or assistant management experience.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and organisational skills.
- High levels of customer service and a professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of the New Romney area is helpful
- Wellpresented articulate and highly motivated.
- Full UK driving licence required.
