What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
Lead and colead moderately complex projects effectively managing time and resources.

Qualifications
MustHave
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience with operations management consulting methodologies and frameworks
Proven business acumen with experience in managing projects teams programs or workstreams of varying levels of complexity
Ability to translate and present data visualization into actionable business decisions
Basic understanding of finance and good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in Change Management
Strong oral and written communication skills

Masters degree
Relevant pharmaceutical experience
Previous supervisory management experience in problemsolving decisionmaking negotiating and conflict resolution skills
Indepth knowledge and experience with investigations and compliancerelated procedures
Capability in Lean tools and/or desire to grow Lean capabilities to further drive Continuous Improvement projects
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Secondment 6 months
