Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive personable and motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our business through strategic partnerships and lead generation. This role focuses on building relationships with mitigation companies generating small handyman job opportunities and promoting our services through facetoface outreach and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential referral partners such as restoration and mitigation companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses property managers and real estate professionals.
- Generate new handyman and remodeling leads through community outreach networking events and digital engagement.
- Represent House Doctors professionally in both inperson and online communications.
- Track outreach activity leads and relationship progress in CRM or tracking systems.
- Work closely with the operations team to align client needs with service capabilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales customer service or business development (handyman or construction industry experience a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with inperson meetings cold outreach and networking.
- Basic understanding of online marketing tools (email social media).
- Selfstarter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of home repair remodeling or mitigation services.
- Existing network in the Dallas GA area or surrounding communities.
