This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly licensed or earlycareer attorney with a passion for real estate law. Youll handle a high volume of closings interact directly with clients and partners and gain valuable handson experience in a fastpaced supportive environment.
Conduct inoffice residential closings with buyers sellers and lenders.
Review title searches closing docs and resolve title curative issues.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout transactions.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Coordinate with title companies and manage closing documentation.
Support additional firm matters and legal tasks as needed.
JD from an accredited law school and NC bar admission (required).
SC bar admission is a plus.
1 years of real estate law experience preferred but not required.
NC Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain before start).
Detailoriented organized and calm under pressure.
Strong communication and people skills.
