JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR
Your Responsibilities as Commercial Real Estate Administrator would be:
Preparing managing and reviewing Form 6 documentation for Management Sales and Leasing.
Drafting processing and reviewing Commercial Contracts and Commercial Tenancy Agreements.
Managing online listings including loading refreshing and updating property details on .
Utilizing Realworks Software for day-to-day administrative tasks.
Onboarding new commercial managements using Released Software.
Conducting bank account reconciliations and loading operational expenses such as council and water rates.
Assisting in the creation of marketing materials (brochures and information memorandums) using Canva.
Uploading contacts into MailChimp and managing email campaign lists from inquiry responses.
Responding professionally to email enquiries.
Engaging with messages through Meta Business Suite.
Publishing social media advertisements using Feedafy.
Qualifications as Commercial Real Estate Administrator:
Non-negotiable experience:
o Proven experience with Realworks Software.
o Knowledge and experience with:
Form 6 Management/Sales and Leasing
Commercial Contracts
Commercial Tenancy Agreements
o Familiarity with for property listing management
o Proficiency with Released Software including:
Onboarding commercial properties
Bank reconciliations
Expense handling (e.g. council/water rates)
Negotiable experience:
o Experience with Canva (brochures and IM creation)
o MailChimp (uploading contacts and campaigns)
o Strong email communication skills
o Experience using Meta Business Suite and Feedafy for social media engagement
