Job Description
Were hiring on behalf of a high-growth real estate tech company thats reshaping the way people live and rent in cities across the globe. With a fast-expanding international footprint and a mission to make housing more flexible and accessible the legal team plays a critical role in enabling the business to scale with confidence.
Theyre now looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to focus on real estate matters across Europe supporting operations and managing a broad range of commercial topics.
Tasks
- Structuring and negotiating real estate deals (leases management agreements JV structures)
- Advising on regulatory and compliance issues related to residential leasing and property operations
- Working with external counsel across several European markets
- Building scalable legal processes and documentation for real estate partnerships
- Supporting the business with general commercial and contractual matters as needed
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer in Germany
- 6 years of legal experience ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house (real estate focus)
- Comfortable handling cross-border transactions and negotiating in English
- Able to balance legal rigour with commercial pragmatism
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive hands-on and solutions-driven
