Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and investment performance of real estate assets
- Perform detailed financial analysis including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis comparable company analysis (CCA)
- Prepare investment reports presentations and summaries for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of real estate assets identify trends and recommend strategies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance with a focus on real estate valuation and modeling.
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools including Excel Argus CoStar and Bloomberg.
