Requirements:
At least one year of experience working in the real estate sector in an agency or developer.
Resultsoriented based on the objectives proposed by the company.
Ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to market changes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Residency in the area of Marbella Estepona or surroundings is a plus.
Driving license and own vehicle.
Fluent level of English and an essential third language: Russian Polish Dutch and/or German.
What Will You Do in Your DaytoDay
Reporting to the Head of Sales your main responsibilities will include:
Receive and advise clients interested in purchasing properties from TM Grupo Inmobiliarios portfolio.
Identify client needs to offer options that best suit their preferences and budget.
Provide clear and detailed information about the properties including features pricing financing and associated services.
Develop close relationships with current and potential clients fostering loyalty.
Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
