As a Sales Specialist with RTEC youll embark on a journey that merges your consultative sales skills with a deep appreciation for nature. You will:
- Start in a Sales Assistant role to build arboricultural knowledge and sales experience before transitioning into a full clientfacing position.
- Grow professionally through continued training and certification while representing RTEC with professionalism care and adaptability.
- Generate new business through referrals networking and outreach meeting sales goals across tree care PHC and lawn services.
- Inspect properties and provide expert recommendations educating clients on tailored care plans and seasonal strategies.
- Develop clear proposals and job plans coordinating with production and scheduling teams to ensure seamless project .

- Experience in arboriculture horticulture or a related field preferred but not required.
