We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into clients as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls emails and social media.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to potential clients showcasing the benefits of Globussoft's products and services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Sales Conversion: Qualify leads create proposals and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitors and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging campaigns and product offerings.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance opportunities and forecast data for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 0 6 months of experience in B2B inside sales preferably in the IT/technology sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and clients effectively.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with CRM software.
Customer Focused: Strong customer relationshipbuilding skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining technology products and services.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field (preferred).
