POSITION TITLE: IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in Applied Science or equivalent job experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows MAC Chrome and iOS Operating Systems
Basic Microsoft Windows Active Directory user management
Experience with Chromebook setup and hardware repair required
Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2
Two (2) years of experience with personal computers (PC) and mobile device repair
Must have excellent customer service skills
REPORTS TO: IT Support and Operations Manager
JOB GOAL: The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing computer and mobile device repair services performing basic network administration tasks and ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues. This role includes providing remote support and technical assistance for all users including Central Office staff. The technician will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while upholding IT security procedures and maintaining system reliability and productivity.

Salary Range:Range 16 Support Staff Hourly Salary Schedule ($19.00/hr. $33.52/hr. depending on relevant experience)
Length of Contract: 244 contract days
