Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) Crossville TN
Full-Time Rotating On-Call Weekends Supportive Team Environment
Are you a licensed Veterinary Technician looking for a positive team-oriented practice that values mentorship continued growth and a great work-life balance Plateau Animal Hospital in Crossville is seeking an experienced and motivated RVT to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
As part of our medical team youll have the opportunity to:
- Perform blood draws catheter placements and collect urine/stool samples
- Prep and assist in surgery (routine soft tissue and dental procedures)
- Administer medications and monitor anesthesia
- Support patient care through proper restraint and handling
- Maintain accurate patient records and support a high standard of care
Qualifications
- Active Veterinary Technician License in good standing (preferred)
- 1 year of hands-on experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Experience in surgical assistance and dental cleanings (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow your skillset
- Friendly team-first attitude is a must!
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Rotating on-call weekend shifts for emergency cases
