- Mondays to Fridays 40 hours a week
- 3 hours a day within 9am to 5pm Central Time the rest is flexible

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Manage QuickBooks operations and financial data entry
- Reconcile the financial and vendor accounts with Quickbooks
- Handle general bookkeeping duties
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support overall financial operations
- Create and complete weekly and monthly reports by entering data form various software we use
- Monthly P&L and other financial statements
- Coordinate with management on financial reporting needs
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Ability to work with Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with virtual computer environment and security protocols
