Job Description
This is a remote position.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm AEST (7am - 4pm Manila Time) including 1 hour unpaid break
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping using Xero including accounts payable/receivable reconciliations and payroll input.
- Classify transactions aligned to NDIS support categories and maintain line-item compliance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
- Track and reconcile participant income from NDIA plan managers and self-managed clients.
- Support accurate and timely invoicing with attention to NDIS service bookings and remittance.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including cash flow summaries profit/loss statements and performance metrics.
- Deliver budget forecasting variance analysis and financial modelling to support operational planning and growth.
- Monitor utilisation of participant funding across Core Capacity Building and Capital budgets.
- Support NDIS audit readiness and assist with reporting obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards.
- Collaborate with Australian accountants and internal staff to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered CPA or licensed accountant in the Philippines (PRC required).
- Demonstrated experience supporting Australian businesses with financial reporting and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Xero Excel/Google Sheets and financial dashboards.
- Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards GST BAS and Fair Work payroll principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
- High level of discretion accuracy and autonomy in managing financial systems.
