Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid break
Flexible remote schedule
Client Timezone: Melbourne Australia (AEST)
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and management within Mercury Nexus CRM platform
Calculate borrower income according to Australian lending standards
Input and transfer data through various lender AOI (Apply Online) systems
Utilize Quickly software for borrowing power calculations
Handle preprocessing activities for loan applications
Manage borrowing power calculator spreadsheets
Support broker with administrative tasks related to loan applications
Preprocessing focus only no final loan processing
Reports directly to the mortgage broker
No clientfacing responsibilities
Works within established compliance framework
Requirements:
Proven experience with Mercury Nexus CRM platform
Knowledge of Australian lending basics and regulations
Proficiency in income calculation for loan applications
Experience with lenderspecific AOI (Apply Online) systems
Familiarity with Quickly borrowing power calculation software
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
