Job Description
Telesales Telugu / Kannada
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales / Customer support. ( Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Telugu or Kannada and English)
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu or Kannada and English (any other languages are also considered)
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- Salary: Salary: 20000..00 per month Incentives.
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Telugu or Kannada
- Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales marketing BPO or banking.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Resultsoriented and targetdriven.
