Fotona iscurrently seeking a highly motivated competitive and dedicated Area Sales Manager to aggressively prospect and develop new Dental customers in our Texas Territory.This is an excellent opportunityfor a driven organized and selfdirected individual seeking to take their sales career to the next level. Capital Equipment sales Dental industry sales experiencehighvolume lead generation as well asa proven track record in closing dealsare a strong plus.

This individual willgain handson education and experience with leadingedge laser technologywhile receiving a competitive salary and commissionsand accelerating their career aspirations. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and continuousstudy of Fotonaproducts the dental industryand laser dentistry is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotonas growing customer base.
  • Manage highvolume cold calls todental practices.
  • Identifydecisionmakers and evaluate buying process.
  • Determineprospects business needs and goals to identify solutions.
  • Perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows.
  • Build strong networks within the organization the defined territory and the dental industry.
  • Collect record and diligently track all prospects leads and activitiesusing CRM.
  • Manage warm marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities.
  • Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona LLC.
  • Demonstrate consistently strong communication skills and organizational skills.
  • RepresentFotona with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 23years experience in outbound businesstobusiness sales experience preferred.
  • Dental Capital Equipment andDurable Medical Equipment Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles.
  • Excellent phone emailand inperson sales and communication skills.
  • Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skillsfor efficient documentation communication and research.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
  • Reliable strong work ethic and abilityto work independently to produce results.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to drive within theterritory daily.
  • Ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows trainings and other events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally.
  • Ability to stand lift push/pull bend squat stretch reach twist/turn walk and reach throughout the day ability to work at a computer and sit and/or drive for extended periods frequently.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and track record plus uncapped commissions.
  • Monthly car allowance and business expenses reimbursed.
