Job Summary:The ACCESS Enrollment Specialist provides indepth insight advisory services and expertise to K12 professional counselors building administrators and district administrators in all areas related to enrollment in ACCESS Virtual Learning. Resolves questions issues and concerns from stakeholders over enrollment accuracy clarity and alignment with Alabama High School Graduation requirements. Develops enrollmentspecific guidelines and processes in collaboration with the Alabama State Department of Education. Performs research to develop and implement best practices for enrollment processes. Provides direct schoolbased support in ways that promote student success.

Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree and two (2) years of academic registration or student records experience; OR masters degree or higher and some academic registration or student records experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience as a professional K12 school counselor.
