The Boeing CompanyBoeing is looking for Experienced Production Pilots to join the Production Flight Test organization in Seattle WA and North Charleston SC. Primary responsibility will be to conduct initial and followon production flights and customer demonstration flights on newly manufactured 737 (in Seattle) or 787 (in Charleston) airplanes. Successful candidates can expect travel and flights domestically and internationally in support of the production system as well as postproduction activity via CFR 91 & 125.
This position will require 10% domestic & international travel. Proof of FAA First Class Medical certificate required prior to starting in this position. Candidates will have background and Pilot Records Database checks completed prior to starting this position.
Position Responsibilities:
Plans and conducts production and acceptance test flights
Demonstrates or leads the production acceptance process
Identifies and documents flight deficiencies and coordinates resolution
Plans coordinates and conducts ferry support functional test and customer demonstration flights on production and nonproduction aircraft
Serve as PilotInCommand
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements or military experience
Experience piloting turbine powered aircraft
Possess or have the ability to obtain a passport for international travel
Ability to obtain FAA First Class Medical certificate.
1500 flight hours
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Test Pilot School (TPS) Graduate
Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering
