Lead Domestic Violence Advocate (DVA)
Reports directly to: Director of Residential Services

Were seeking a skilled Lead Domestic Violence Advocate (DVA) to help us expand our impact and elevate the support we provide. Come help us maintain a community where survivors are believed supported and safe.Under the direct supervision of the Director of Residential Services the Lead DVA is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted services and leading and assisting advocates with daytoday shelter operations and advocacy services.

- Proven Leadership: You hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field and you have at least two years of management experience.
- Residential Services Expertise: Youve successfully managed programs in human services or victim servicespreferably in a residential settingand have ensured operational excellence across facilities.You will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 residential shift coverage.

- Must have a vehicle or access to a vehicle to appear at agency job sites.
Position Information:
- 40 hours per week/fulltime
- Exempt position; $64000$66000 annual salary
- Flexibility required as well as occasional weekend and evening hours
- Oncall responsibilities
