The Conference Support Coordinator provides support to our Conference Network across 6 counties of Southeast Michigan who work with our neighbors in need to provide emergency assistance. The Conference Support staff is responsible for supporting and growing conferences and providing opportunities for motivating members to commit themselves to the mission and activities of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Detroit (SVdPD).

Duties:

  • Membership development.
  • Recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Training and special event planning and coordination.
  • Grants and database management.
  • Administration promotion collaboration customer service.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of at least two years in a nonprofit environment.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Experience cultivating collaborative professional relationships.
  • Proactive leader who can take the initiative.
  • Database management strong organizational skills excellent followup.
  • Deadline driven quick learner high ethics and accountability
  • Computer experience must include Microsoft Office Suite.
