Working alongside a friendly team we are looking at a focused and driven individual who is able to drive our Conference and Events Sales
What will you be doing:
- Convert leads into business through proactive sales and relationship building.
- Manage end-to-end event coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals that cover venue catering and accommodation.
- Host client site inspections of hotel and conference facilities.
- Collaborate closely with hotel operations team to deliver top-tier client service and successful events.
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in events or sales within the hospitality sector.
- Skilled communicator with excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
- Proven track record to be proactive detail-oriented solutions-focused and adaptable.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Previous knowledge with hotel property management systems such as Opera Cloud and Delphi.
