The Certified Athletic Trainer performs duties as an athletic trainer in a designated school(s) for a predetermined number of hours per week. The Athletic Trainer facilitates guides and trains group and individual exercise training sessions as well as works on a variety of special projects. The Athletic Trainer collaborates closely with the Medical and Physical Therapy Staff of the Sports Medicine Center for Young Athletes (SMCYA). This position requires considerable evening and weekend coverage and is also expected to provide Friday night coverage during the fall football season.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $69700 $149900 (Annual Rate).
