Job Summary
The Department of Criminology and Justice Studies seeks a Research and Project Manager (RPM) to support the expansion of the Scandinavian Prison Project (SPP). The SPP currently focuses on the implementation and evaluation of one Nordicinspired housing unit at a prison in the Philadelphia area. RPM will directly support the development of a plan for the expansion of the pilot intervention and research program to three new facilities. RPM will actively manage the SPP portfolio as well as participate in field research and academic outputs as appropriate.
This is a 1year renewal position supported fully by external funds; therefore the continuation of employment is contingent on receipt of those external funds.

This position is classified as Exempt grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from$54630 $81940. Please note that the offered rate for thisposition typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade but it can vary based on thesuccessful candidates qualifications and experience department budget and an internal equity review.
