Shipping Receiving Clerk Contract to Hire
Our client is a leading manufacturer of energyefficient water and oil circulating temperature control equipment and portable chillers located in the greater Milwaukee area. For 30 years the company provides high quality American made equipment to manufacturers in the Plastics Pharmaceutical Rubber Food & Beverage Die Casting Printing Energy Machine Tool Lasers and electronics.
The company has been growing steadily over the last several years. We have developed and
continue to introduce exciting new products and continue our path to be the first choice for our
customers.

Job Summary
This is a hybrid position that combines both warehouse and office responsibilities. The role
involves spending part of the time in the warehouse performing a variety of shipping and receiving
tasks and the remaining time in the office handling purchasingrelated clerical and administrative
duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with periodic inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare and package outbound shipments ensuring accuracy labeling and proper documentation.
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Record and organize all received goods in the inventory management system.
- Receive and unload deliveries.
- Enter receipts into inventory system and label items as needed.
- Assist Purchasing Manager with various admin tasks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory locations.
- Picking parts for assembly area
Candidate Requirements
- Basic math skills: add subtract multiply divide read a ruler.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate forklift and manual dexterity to operate various hand and power tools.
- Organized selfmotivated individual able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Clear Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in warehouse and office environment.
- Experience with UPS WorldShip a plus.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Outlook). ERP Systems preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
