Description

Qualifications: Prior warehouse receiving experience required. Prior computer experience preferred. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Must be able to read write speak and understand English. Must present a well groomed appearance. Must be available to work any day of the week as well as any shift.

Essential Job Functions: Check in all merchandise delivered inspect merchandise for damages and count for all items listed on packing slips purchase orders and requisitions with items merchandise as indicated on purchase orders. Receive purchase orders into Stratton Warren or Ariba. Deliver merchandise to the proper shop or department within the hotel/ shelves as indicated by requisition and/or supervisor/manager. Take part in counting down inventories as excellent rapport and professional relationships while dealing with guests vendors departments and delivery personnel. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies of the job.

Physical Mental & Environmental Demands: Must be able to work independently. Able to work at times in heat in excess of 100 degrees or cold at or below 10 degrees. Able to maneuver on level surfaces with merchandise as well as up and down to continuously push and pull heavy materials up to 100 pounds. Must be able to maneuver throughout the shops casino and hotel areas to deliver items. Must be able to reach below and above the shoulders bend stoop crouch and kneel while performing receiving duties. Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds. Must be able to operate and use the following equipment: carts dollies forklifts electric pallet jacks. Able to handle more than one function at a time accurately by being well organized and paying close attention to detail. Respond to visual and aural cues. Able to speak read write and understand English.
