Vehicle Processing Warehouse Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Vehicle Processing & Warehouse Associate to support the efficient processing and delivery of vehicles as well as manage incoming and outgoing shipments. This dual-role position involves safely driving and inspecting vehicles installing accessories and performing warehouse operations including inventory management and shipping/receiving duties. The ideal candidate is dependable mechanically inclined and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Prepare package and process outgoing shipments in accordance with company and industry standards
• Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move and store inventory
• Maintain organized accurate records of shipments and inventory
• Ensure all shipping and receiving areas are clean safe and compliant with company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support efficient workflow
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management
• Safely handle automotive parts accessories and related materials
• Safely operate and maneuver all makes and models of vehicles under various conditions
• Install accessories on new vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform quality checks to verify correct fit function and installation of accessories
• Conduct final vehicle inspections for defects or installation issues
• Assist with peer training and support
• Perform ramp driving duties and proper vehicle placement in load lines
• Secure and document the receipt of parts and maintain shop tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols wear required PPE and maintain compliance with company standards
• Complete required documentation and reports for the final check process
• Handle customer and consumer data responsibly in compliance with data privacy standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of basic accessory shop productivity metrics
• Professional-level driving skills and ability to meet TMS Audit Criteria
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas
• Must pass a drug screening
• Valid drivers license required
• 
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up to 100 lbs.
• Full range of motion including stooping kneeling squatting reaching climbing stairs balancing crouching and crawling
• Specific vision abilities required: close and distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
