As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be besponsible for ensuring overall form fit and function of new vehicle systems into a single complete system.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing system engineering best practices.
- Define and maintain product level feature specifications system layout and documentation.
- Work closely with architectural team to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity.
- Understand intended product end user needs.
- Assist in defining product vision and roadmap.
- Translate stakeholder needs to product requirements.
- Define system level features and decompose those requirements into individual subsystem definitions and requirements.
- Work across multiple engineering disciplines and development teams to coordinate system definition design and integration.
- Responsible for individual product design alignment with multiproduct architectural strategy.
- Ensure product aligns with applicable standards.
- Work with product verification and validation to ensure system and components perform as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or technical field with 5 years of engineering experience.
- Experience in off highway automation and/or autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with off highway vehicle electronics.
- Strong experience with agricultural practices and operations.
- Welldeveloped problem analysis and problemsolving techniques.
- Proficiency with a computer including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Team player who is selfmotivated and can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership staff.

This position pays: $105750 $141000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.)
