Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service department
- Interpret customer concerns and comments for the technician
- Provide estimates for service recommendations
- Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- Ability to work well in a team environment
