Job Posting: Wilmington NC Coordinator & Lead Psychotherapist
Location: Wilmington North Carolina 28401
Fulltime onsite position
The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and three 12month option years
Overview: The Wilmington IBHS team leads with strength and clinical expertise. We are hiring a Coordinator to oversee daily operations and a Lead Psychotherapist to provide advanced clinical services and mentorship
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program delivery reporting and staffing (Coordinator)
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship (Lead Psychotherapist)
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and behavioral health assessments
- Participate in team meetings and client case reviews
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a behavioral health discipline
- 3 years postlicensure clinical experience in behavioral health individual couple family mental health and domestic/workplace violence counseling services psychopathology and psychosocial dynamics
- Independent licensure in North Carolina required
- Experience in clinical supervision or program coordination
- Strong communication and administrative skills
