The Director of Total Rewards at World 50 Group will spearhead the strategic planning and program oversight of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic goals. A strong people leader and project manager this individual will leverage market insight and data analysis to shape impactful and equitable rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent all while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering effective employee communication. This role will report to the Managing Director of People & Culture and will be instrumental in aligning total rewards with World 50s talent philosophy and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Architect and champion a holistic total rewards strategy that directly fuels the organizations talent acquisition retention and engagement objectives.
- Program Oversight: Strategically oversee the design implementation and administration of compensation programs on time and on budget including salary structures merit cycles promotions and compensation policies to ensure we foster a culture of fairness and equity.
- Benefits Leadership: Oversee and strategically direct employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other voluntary benefits.
- Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of benefits programs forecasting emerging trends and evaluating the pros and cons of different offerings.
- Market Insight: Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to develop strategic recommendations to ensure compensation and benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure global compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Employee Communication: Lead the effective communication of total rewards programs to employees providing clear guidance and fostering understanding of our offerings.
- Talent Philosophy: Partner with the People & Culture team to ensure total rewards align seamlessly with our broader talent philosophy.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies guidelines and procedures recommending datadriven revisions and recommendations for new plans to support the strategy.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Finance Legal and other key stakeholders to ensure the financial sustainability legal compliance and effective delivery of total rewards programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 710 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures benefits administration and relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation/benefits software.

- Demonstrated strength in project management capable of leading complex initiatives from inception to completion with meticulous organization and a focus on accuracy.

- Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational strategy and translate it into effective total rewards programs.
