Education and/or Experience
Required: High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Associate degree in business administration or similar degree or businessrelated field with 35 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies
Language Skills
Excellent written interpersonal and oral communication skills. Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write clear and concise reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers auditors and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions and percentages. Must be proficient in performing detailed numerical computations. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
Additional Skills and Abilities
Must have proven project management and problemsolving skills. Ability to translate ideas and strategies into functional solutions. Highly motivated and selfdirected with a keen attention to detail. Must be flexible and able to adapt and thrive in an everchanging work environment with aggressive deadlines.
Other Qualifications
Occasional overnight travel is required; must possess valid drivers license.
