Job Summary
This position serves as a Senior Warfare Analyst (SWA). The SWA will provide operational subject matter expertise to PMA281 associated organizations and software development teams. The ideal candidate will have Strike Fighter (F/A18 E/F) Mission Planning experience as well as experience planning at the Carrier Air Wing (CVW) and Carrier Strike Group (CSG) levels. Joint Planning experience at the operational and tactical levels is also greatly desired to support future growth initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
- Execute daily tasks in support of PMA281 to ensure the functionality of current and future naval mission planning software environments
- Support software design user interface (UI) and user experience (UX)
- Serve as liaison between PMA281 and fleet users to ensure mission requirements are being addressed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (required) Systems Engineering preferred.
- F/A18 Pilot or WSO (required)
- Blue or Adversary Course Weapon School Graduate (required)
- Weapon School tour (required)
- CVW Strike Lead qualified (required)
- Staff tour at either CSG4 or CSG15 (required)
- Current TopSecret Clearance with SCI (required).
- JMPE phase 1 (desired)
