What Youll Be Doing
The Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager is a professional responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate loans. The Portfolio Manager makes decisions on moderately complex issues managing all assigned business credits supervising the resolution of minor credit issues and actively participating in the resolution of more significant issues in a timely fashion. The role exercises independent judgement to establish and maintain relationships with risk management and other CIBC partners staying uptodate with market conditions economic trends products and services in order to provide sound business credit advice.

How Youll Succeed
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following activities. Primary responsibilities for this position will be that of Portfolio Management and execution of risk management activities in a manner consistent with CIBCs risk culture.

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $100000.00 $130000.00 for the Chicago IL or Atlanta GA market based on experience qualifications and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
