Position Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess ServiceNow call center tickets from recent elections.
- Input data using Google Sheets.
- Rate quality of Short Description Long Description Assignment Group Service Product Priority Level Resolution Election Period and Voting Center ticket fields.
- Categorize ServiceNow tickets based on issue category.
- Answer phone calls from constituents and election workers with excellent customer service.
- Assist with additional projects assigned by Logistics Manager and Director as needed.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
At least one (1) month experience creating ServiceNow tickets in a call center setting.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to work under stress and able to work without direct supervision.
- Knowledgeable of the general operations of an election and the Harris County website.
- Be professional and have good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office suite can type 30 words per minute and be willing to learn new computer programs and applications.
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and possess excellent communication skills.
- Understands and can explain the ePollBook application and the voting process.

General Information
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
Temp Fulltime Position End Date: 08/29/2025
- 30 35 hours per week with the possibility of 40hours in highneed time periods.
- Work week 5 days a week must be able to work weekends.
Salary:
- $17.00Hourly
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- This job is primarily an active physically demanding role. Walking standing pushing pulling and lifting up to 40lbs is a mandatory component of the job.
