BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Managerrole for our Saddle Brook NJ home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Hudson & Bergen Counties.

As a RN Manageryour day may look like this!
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Hudson & Bergen Counties.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
If youre a Registered Nurse with the following skills then a RN Manager position could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Homecare experience is a PLUS!
- Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!
