We are looking for a friendly organised and professional individual who thrives in a clientfacing role to join a wellestablished solicitors firm based in the heart of York.
Being a proactive and personable Client Services Assistant youll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Some of the key Client Services Assistant responsibilities are:
- Greet clients and visitors in reception ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Handle incoming calls manage messages and monitor the Advice inbox
- Provide clear information about the firms services and respond to client enquiries
- Take client payments order couriers and train tickets and handle deliveries
- Support with admin tasks such as file archiving document witnessing and scanning prep
- Arrange meetings book appointments and manage diaries and meeting room bookings
- Maintain a tidy welcoming reception area and display notices when needed
- Conduct ID checks follow AML procedures and ensure data security and confidentiality
- Support the wider team with ad hoc duties and ensure compliance with company policies
- Carry out weekly fire and panic alarm tests and keep safety logs up to date

This is a fulltime permanent officebased role will be working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm offering a supportive team environment in the beautiful centre of York.
