Job Description

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding service relationships across GTA. Youll sell managed IT services including support cybersecurity and cloudbased solutions to small and midsized businesses in industries such as legal finance logistics and education. This is a fullcycle sales role involving prospecting client meetings solution presentations and ongoing relationship management. The position offers a base salary of $90000$100000 CAD (depending on experience) plus commission.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

Office Location: Mississauga ON
Primary Territory: GTA
Work Model: Hybrid 2 days/week in office remaining time remote or meeting clients

EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Must have 35 years of experience selling Managed IT Services including IT support cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure solutions (MSP experience required)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Excel Basic
  • PowerPoint Basic
  • Word Basic
  • CRM Experience with Autotask (or similar)
  • Online Demos Proficient in virtual presentation tools

  • Monthly Service Agreements

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISIONMAKER(S):

Target Clients: SMBs in legal financial logistics and manufacturing sectors
Decision Makers: Office Managers Controllers and Executive Leadership
Typical Account Value: $25000$100000 in annual service agreements

SALES CYCLE / ORDER VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:

Sales Cycle: 1 week for small clients; up to 36 months for larger accounts
Sales Mix: 75% new business / 25% account management (Year 1)
Sales Support: Templates warm leads and inhouse technical team
