JOB SUMMARY:
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a detailoriented Social Content Editor to join our Enterprise Social & Digital Reputation team. This role is primarily focused on editing shortform socialfirst content for platforms including Instagram TikTok Facebook and X. The ideal candidate brings a sharp editorial eye a strong sense of visual storytelling and an understanding of what performs in todays digital landscape. While editing is the core focus this role also supports content capture and development across a range of projects. The Social Content Editor will work closely with internal teams creators and partners to help shape highquality brandaligned content that reflects the voice tone and visual identity of Caesars Entertainments diverse portfolio.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Edit shortform video reels and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects as well as mobile content editing apps.
Apply a mobilefirst mindset to content editing with a focus on social video best practices.
Develop and implement visual treatments overlays and graphics to elevate creative.
Assist with content capture and work with producers or creators to shape footage into final deliverables.
Organize and manage content libraries footage and templates for social use.
Maintain file naming systems backup protocols and export settings to ensure consistency and speed.
Collaborate on socialfirst concepts and contribute to brainstorms and ideation.
Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual storytelling by auditing tone messaging and content composition.
Live cover events and activations as needed with bestinclass execution when it comes to social media marketing best practices.
Delivers work on or before deadline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience editing and producing video content for social media.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Premiere Pro After Effects and Photoshop.
Working knowledge of postproduction workflows including capture editing color retouching and archiving.
Experience operating DSLR cameras and adjusting capture setups to meet production needs.
Strong understanding of vertical video formats pacing and social platform nuances.
Organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
Collaborative and open to feedback from stakeholders and creative leads.
A digital portfolio or reel demonstrating editing ability and social storytelling is required.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino from property to property. Must be able to perform physical job duties of line employees in emergency situations. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to read write speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
