- Understandthecomplete doctor production compensationprocess flowincluding inputs and outputs from ourProCare Portal
- Monitor and resolve tickets submitted regarding logins production calculations product mapping and more.
- Map providers data from various practice sources to financial ERP
- Monitor ProCare Portal configuration and ensure profiles arecompliantwith doctor compensation contractsand bonus programs.
- Monitor and performexceptionmanagement tables inProCareto ensurekey fields aremapped and validated.
- Test and validate data configuration changes / additions.
- Assist and execute manual doctor compensation production calculations.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred 2 years of relevantproduction compensationaccounting/financeandanalyst experience
- Retail Healthcare Veterinary or comparable industry experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze model and interpret data.
- Problemsolving skills
- Methodical and logical approach
- Accuracy and extra attention to details
- Collaborative with an ability to work across departments and with multiple vendors.
- ProCare Portal Compensation Tool Experience preferred.
