Job Description
Ensures that operational processes and procedures support senior management initiatives strategic objectives for IT and property initiatives. Responsible for supervising the IT Technicians that oversee the daytoday operations maintenance and performance of all property based technical systems. with the administrations of all security procedures and operational controls for the data assets of the property in accordance with Tropicana Entertainments policies and procedures the Corporate IT staff and regulatory controls. Participate in the formulation of property IT plans technical strategies. Facilitate and lead efforts to manage the life cycle of the property IT assets ensuring the appropriate technology is utilized available resources are used and standards are implemented. Act as a consultant with other departments in defining technology requirements and ensure the selection and use of the most appropriate configuration is within IT standards. Participates in and may provide leadership for IT initiatives rollouts projects etc. May perform other duties assigned by the IT manager
