Position: Help Desk Specialist/ERP Support

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our IT this role youll be the first point of contact for our internal users handling a wide range of technical issues while also gaining valuable experience with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- As a Help Desk Technician youll be responsible for providing prompt and effective support for our employees.
- Youll handle common IT requests including onboarding and offboarding password resets and troubleshooting issues related to hardware printers and connectivity.
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft environment is a must and experience with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus.
- A key part of this role involves supporting our ERP system. You will act as the liaison between our end users and our third-party support team.
- You should be comfortable speaking with users to understand the issues they are facing and accurately relay that information to our third-party partners.
- Ideally you have experience with ERP support specifically with Sage100.
- Our goal is to find someone who can eventually resolve these issues independently reducing the need to escalate tickets to our third-party vendor.
Skills Needed:
- Proven help desk/ticketing system experience required
- Active Directory & Office 365
- Experience working with an ERP system (ideally Sage 100 Dynamics 365 or NetSuite)
