About the Role
The Recruiting Operations Focal will assist the US Talent Acquisition team to find our next great hire. You will serve as a liaison between candidates recruiters and hiring managers. You will be the face of Spellman to candidates coming onsite to interview and work to ensure a great candidate experience during offer administration preemployment and onboarding. You will help propel the Talent Acquisition team forward by supporting recruiting events trainings and process improvements. You will also play a pivotal role by collecting vital statistics for Recruiting Operations reporting to KPIs to TA leadership giving input on trends and assisting to solve any challenges.
