San Antonio Christian School is seeking a relational detailoriented Alumni Coordinator to strengthen and expand the schools connection with its alumni community. Located on a beautiful 71acre campus SACS is a nondenominational covenant Christian school with small class sizes and quality academics coupled with a wide range of art and athletic opportunities which provide students with a Christcentered education while fostering a life of faith and service.
This role is responsible for planning and executing alumni engagement initiatives that foster lifelong relationships between SACS and its graduates. From organizing class reunions and homecoming events to developing mentorship opportunities and spiritual outreach programs the Alumni Coordinator will serve as a central link between alumni and the broader school community.
The ideal candidate is a proactive strategic thinker with strong communication skills capable of nurturing a diverse alumni base through targeted outreach compelling storytelling and authentic relationshipbuilding. Working closely with the Advancement Development Marketing and Admissions teams the Alumni Coordinator will support campaign visibility build robust alumni databases and contribute to fundraising and volunteer initiatives. This role requires excellence in event planning content creation and CRM management all while maintaining a heart for ministry and a commitment to the mission of SACS. This person shall be spiritually mature and shall instill a life of Faith Character and Academic Excellence in those around them adhering to SACS Heart of a Lion Core Values.
