Position Summary: Assists with Enrollment and Student Information Department processes toinclude student enrollment student records transfers attendance graduation/credit requirementstranscripts assessment suspension dropouts/truancy reports trend data reports state reportsand surveys for nonEnglish speaking families. Ensures accuracy. Assists with research projectsas may be required. Communicates on a positive basis with patrons and school personnel and
students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
College credit or degree preferred
Experience:
Two (2) years administrative experience preferred
Prior customer service experience
Two (2) years experience in K12 settings that serve lowincome students andcommunities
Specialized Knowledge Licenses etc.:
Bilingual in Spanish required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
