Schedule: Fulltime MondayFriday 100% onsite
Location: Minneapolis MN 55402
Our client is a prominent national law firm with a robust Business Litigation practice offering sophisticated legal services to an international client base. Known for its collaborative environment and commitment to professional development the firm provides associates with exposure to highlevel litigation across a variety of complex commercial disputes.
The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 25 years of experience to join its Minneapolisbased team. This is a highimpact role offering immediate involvement in all phases of commercial litigation including matters involving trade secrets noncompete agreements IP disputes and M&Arelated litigation. Ideal for candidates with strong writing skills procedural expertise and a desire to grow within a nationally respected litigation practice.
- Base Salary: $210000$265000 (Minneapolis office)
- Bonus eligibility: Productivity and discretionary bonuses

- Handle complex commercial civil and business litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings motions and briefs with minimal supervision
- Manage the discovery process including ediscovery and document review
- Participate in depositions hearings and oral arguments (as experience allows)
- Contribute to case strategy client communication and trial preparation
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 25 years of law firm experience in business litigation
- Experience with litigation procedure discovery and motion practice required
- Exposure to trade secret IP noncompete or M&A litigation strongly preferred
- Former federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Exceptional writing research and analytical skills
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
