About the role
This is a key leadership position within our Penfolds division partnering with senior stakeholders across DTC and Global GTR to drive commercial performance and strategic growth. Reporting to the Head of FP&A Marketing & Digital Finance youll lead critical financial processes and empower a high-performing team to deliver insights and results.
Partner with DTC and Global GTR teams to develop and deliver growth strategies
Own and lead budgeting forecasting month-end close and long-term planning
Provide financial analysis for key investment and trading decisions to improve ROI
Champion process improvements financial governance and commercial performance
Coach and develop analysts to build business partnering capability and acumen
About you
Youre a seasoned finance professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for driving business performance. You thrive in complex cross-functional environments and enjoy leading teams through change and growth.
Tertiary qualification in Finance Commerce or Accounting (CA/CPA preferred)
Proven experience in delivering commercial finance support within FMCG or complex commercial environments
Strong analytical financial modelling and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships
Excellent planning prioritisation and project management capabilities
