Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client relationships and act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of business clients
- Coordinate client projects ensuring timelines are adhered to and that all deliverables are met
- Work with the sales team to identify business opportunities and support efforts to upsell services
- Help senior managers develop strategies to meet client business goals and deliver measurable results
- Track client performance and help create reports to share insights and recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly

Who You Are
- A recent graduate or someone with practical experience in a customerfacing role
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills able to manage relationships with clients and work closely with colleagues

- Customerfocused with a genuine desire to provide excellent service and build longlasting relationships
