Job Description
Do you want to work hard have fun and make history Do you think fast dive deep and get things done We are seeking a Principal Product Manager Technical to join our team to lead the design and development of MLbased evaluation algorithms to automatically monitor the performance of our LLMbased Shopping experiences.
We are seeking a dynamic entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about bringing the power of ML models to evaluate and root cause the quality of the customer shopping experience. If you enjoy leading technical product innovation then join our team. We are looking for a customer obsessed product manager who enjoys discovering the customer requirements innovating on their behalf and developing experiences the raise the bar for the customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
As a Principal Product Manager in our Shopping Conversations teams you will play a pivotal role defining product requirements and release strategy. This role will require coordination across many internal and external teams and will be report on progress and plans to the different organization leaders. Youll work with our internal customers science and engineering teams to prioritize roadmap features through expertly crafted business requirements documents.
Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
